Our pure liquid honey is raw and unfiltered, straight from the hive.  We collect it from the bees, strain out the wax particles included in the extraction process, and bottle it.  Each hive collects the nectar and pollen from our local wildflowers to create a unique blend.  As such, there will be some variation in color and flavor among honey from various hives and from year to year.
